By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:1. Commission Process

Inquiry: Contact me through Instagram, Discord, or email to discuss your commission details.Quote: I will provide a quote based on your request, including any specific requirements.Payment: Though I’d prefer for the full amount to be paid upfront, a 50% deposit fee is minimally required before I start. You will pay the other half after I have finished.

2. Payment

Payments are accepted via PayPal.
All prices are in USD.

3. Delivery

2 free revisions will be given (excluding the first sketch). Major changes/extra revisions after approval may incur additional costsFinal artwork will be delivered in JPEG via email.

4. Copyright and Usage

I retain the copyright to the artwork and may use it in my portfolio or for promotional purposes.You are free to use the commissioned art for personal use, but commercial use requires explicit permission and may incur additional fees.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

No refunds will be issued once I have finished sketching. If you cancel before I start, a full refund will be provided.I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason, which in most cases, a full refund will be given.

6. Behavior and Conduct

I expect respectful communication. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate cancellation of the commission.No refunds will be given if I have already started.

7. Changes to the ToS

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted here, and you will be notified if you have an active commission.

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
